How it Works
Step 1. Choose which session you want to attend
Session I, Session II, or Both
Step 2. Choose the days you want to attend
First class of the week- Monday or Tuesday
Second class of the week- Thursday or Friday
Step 3. Enjoy the free optional Wednesday morning track workout as part of the program
Step 4. Decide which payment option works for you!
