60-minute assessment tests movement mobility and basic strength to ensure athlete safety during program participation

full 10-week throwing program 

this throwing program starts with the on-ramping series to prepare the arm and body for intense throwing, while the rest of the program consists of the blend-to-season series to transfer velocity gains to position-specific throws, including weekly bullpens for pitchers

access to facility space and equipment to complete additional throwing workouts

to complete this program, athletes are expected to throw an additional 3 times per week; facility space and all of the equipment is available to use
