full 10-week throwing program 

this throwing program starts with the on-ramping series to prepare the arm and body for intense throwing, while the rest of the program consists of the blend-to-season series to transfer velocity gains to positional specific throws

access to facility space and equipment to complete additional throwing workouts

to complete this program, athletes are expected to throw an additional 3 times per week; Around the Horn, along with all of the Driveline equipment is available to use on Monday's from 4-6:30pm, Tuesday's from 3:30-6pm, and Wednesday's from 4-6pm.
